岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1、负责部门工作流程协调和内容制作跟进；
Coordinate team work and evaluate all copywriting
2、设计、规范、执行并监管制作流程；
Design, implement and supervise work flow
3、指导编辑业务，统筹部门工作，高质量完成令客户满意的文稿；
Coordinate group work to meet client’s expectations
4、负责部门人员日常管理。

任职要求 / Qualifications:
1、全日制本科及以上学历，8年以上时尚杂志、网络媒体等相关经验；
Bachelor degree or above;minimum of 8 years working experience in fashion magazine, online media or related fields
2、有较强的洞察力，扎实的文字功底；
Good insight and solid writing capability
3、有较强的策划和写作能力，并对文字、图片有判断和鉴赏能力；
Excellent planning and writing skills; good appreciation of words and visuals
4、有很强的团队管理能力以及协调沟通能力；
Good team management and coordination capabilities
5、具有良好的团队精神、严谨的执行力，强烈的责任心及饱满的工作热情。
Good team player, strong sense of responsibility, diligent and enthusiastic
6、有美容编辑、软文编辑经验者优先考虑。
Working experience as beauty editor is preferred
