Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

TEAM LEADER:
1 Be a good role model /a leader and work on building the HR System to a top performing team.
2 Set the strategy for the HR System.
3 Motivate, support & educate the HR System in accordance with company goals.
4 Experience in Project Management with SAP BASIS and Technology or equivalent projects.
5 Understanding of full software development life cycle principles.


Requirement:
1 University degree or equivalent.
2 At least 8 years of working experience in HR SAP solutions, various HR operations.
3 Knowledge and experience on SAP module will be considered. Good system analysis, designing and documentation abilities.
4 Effective problem solving skills.
5 Can work under pressure.
6 Fluent in English.
