职位描述
1、 负责员工考勤及员工外出登记
2、 员工入离职手续办理，员工劳动合同签订，续签与管理
3、 负责与其他部门协调工作，做好信息上传下达;
4、 负责公司各部门行政后勤工作
5、 协助上级推行公司各类规章制度的实施
6、 公司内部员工档案建立与管理
7、 负责招聘工作，应聘人员预约、接待及面试
8、 执行各项公司规章制度，处理员工奖惩事宜
9、 负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司庆典，年会安排，会务组织，文体活动安排等
10、 协助部门领导做好行政人事部其它的工作
11、完成上级临时交办的工作
