1.Compensation & Benefits:
-Support HRD to set up and maintain salary structure and payroll policy & procedure.
-Timely and accurately report monthly payroll, including coordinate with agencies of the payment and social insurances submission.
-Support HRD to participate annual salary survey and submit data.
2.Performance appraisal management
-Support HRD to complete performance management
-Coordinate with employees of data collection and result communication ;
-Responsible for the KPI proposal and collection;
-Update performance schedule and summarize final result to HRD
3.Others:
-Manage employee file both in hard copies and on HR system to keep performance appraisal, leave record and personal data up to date.
-Responsible for probation review and labor contract & dispatch contract renew issues;
-Support HRD on handling employee relationships;
-Submit monthly HR reports accurately and timely, including organization chart, contact list, turnover rate, HC report, etc.
-Make record of leaves management, and report regularly

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in HR management preferred
2.More than 5 years HR general experience in logistics or manufactory industry, at least 3 years experiences in C&B management and PA function
3.Team player with good interpersonal skills
4.Ability to manage multiple assignments
5.Willing to learn and perform
