物流单证/客服主管Logistics documents / customer service supervisor

Respinsibilities:
岗位职责：
1, Reasonably arrange the daily work of the team according to the company 's operations and business process optimization needs ,, establish a reasonable objectives and requirements to ensure the effective operation of the work within the department ; and use the lean logistics concept for continuous improvement and raise efficiency. When emergency situations occur during the operation , take emergency plan to ensure the normal conduct of business . Lead the team to complete the following work.
根据公司业务和业务流程优化的需要，合理安排团队日常工作，制订合理的工作目标和要求，确保部门内部工作有效运行；并且以精益物流的理念，不断改进提高效率。针对运作过程中出现的紧急状况，采取应急方案，保证业务的正常开展。带领团队完成下述各项工作。
2, Manage receiving documents submitted by drivers and suppliers , receiving processing in system , scanned receiving data upload , receiving data validation, goods receipt printing from Auchan logistics system, receiving work -related system operations. Manage reports of receiving.
管理收货投单，以及欧尚物流系统中的收货处理，收货扫描数据上传，收货数据校验，收货单打印，收货跟踪报表，收货异常报表等收货相关的系统操作工作及报表工作。
3, Warehouse inventory and organize inventory task.
仓库的盘点的组织和盘点的报表工作。
4, Plan the transportation routes , arrange transport vehicles , and cooperate with warehouse shipping and receiving team.
运输计划的制定，安排运输车辆，负责和仓库收发货团队的协调和协同工作。
5, Exception handling in transportation tracking and reporting
运输异常的处理追踪和报表
6, Audit, management of POD
运输回单的审核、管理和报表。
7, Calculate shipping costs settlement .
运输费用结算的计算。
8, Reports of returns to suppliers
退货给供应商的报表
9, Communicate with transportation carriers and related departments in Auchan
跟运输承运商和欧尚相关部门的沟通
10 , Staff recruitment, training , assessment and administration ;
负责单证客服组的人员培训、考核和日常管理；
11, Timely completion of other reports and tasks assigned by superiors .
及时完成上级领导交办的其他报表及工作及其他工作。

Qualifications:
任职资格：
1, College education, at least 3 years working experience in logistics related jobs and 1 year on management leve, CET-4 certificate holder;
大专以上学历，3年以上物流相关岗位工作经验，1年以上主管经验，英语四级以上；
2, Having lean manufacturing, lean logistics experience is preferred.
有精益生产，精益物流经验者优先。
3, Proficiency in ERP, WMS , and other related software ;
熟练操作ERP、WMS等相关软件；
4, Master Excel ,word, PPT software ;
熟练掌握Excel数据处理、公式函数应用以及word，PPT软件；
5, Quick-witted , with a strong sense of service and communication skills and team spirit .思维敏捷，具有较强的服务意识和沟通能力及团队合作精神 。
6, Strong communication skills , strong coordination ability ; able to work under pressure沟通能力强、协调能力强；能够承受较大的工作压力
7, Sensitive to numbers, serious , careful, pragmatic .
对数字敏感，做事认真、细心、踏实。
