Interface with development team, purchasing engineer, manufacturing engineer, product readiness engineer and suppliers to define and implement electro-mechanical manufacturing strategies and tactics for manufacturing processes, test fixture, electronic test systems, and DFM/DFA to achieve new product and cost reduction targets.

工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responding to NPI (New Product Introduction) the successful candidate will develop from scratch, or leverage existing systems, test equipment that will confirm form, fit and function of the new assembly or component.
? Responsible for supporting Test Equipment currently in place at our manufacturing facilities, repair depots and contract manufactures all of which is located globally.
? Management of issues/project list associated with a given manufacturing site
? Software development in “C” using National Instruments Lab Windows IDE
? Potential to travel domestically or internationally (Hungary, China, Brazil or India) on short notice up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:
? Demonstrated software development skills using a diverse set of software technologies, tools and languages. Preference will be given to those candidates with a strong background in “C”.
? Demonstrated understanding of software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall…) and the benefits/trade-offs of each.
? Demonstrated hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical assemblies
? Demonstrated understanding of electrical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
? Demonstrated ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics
? Demonstrated understanding of basic statistical methodologies (i.e. SPC, 6-Sigma..), concepts and their applications within manufacturing
? A four year BS degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial, computer) or related field
? Successful candidates will have 5 - 7 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
? 7 to10 years of related industry experience
? Green/Black belt six sigma certification
? Demonstrated experience with Project Management principles and techniques
? Experience working with circuit card analysis (CCA), CCA testing principles (ICT/FCT) and associated manufacturing processes
? Demonstrated electrical design capabilities using modern CAD tools such as Mentor Graphics or OrCad
