Job Title: Electronic Engineer
Number Required: 1
Working Location: Shanghai

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Generation and evaluation of functional and design specifications.
2. Generation of project schedules pertaining to assigned project.
3. Adhere to established corporate development processes.
4. Design and implement whole hardware and software systems and components.
5. Develop and execute unit and integration test plans, as well as system test plans
6. Establish Test System and conduct
7. Document hardware and software system design.
8. Confer with technical personnel outside the department and assist in the design of the system.
9. Submit software components to quality assurance groups and subsequent follow-up.
10. Provide practical scheme on Service Data analysis by programming skill.
11. Complete administrative duties as necessary including reporting hours worked, submission of status and expense reports, and related.
12. Act as a resource to other engineers.
13. Supervision of other individuals as assigned.
Additional duties include:
1. Maintain a productive work environment.
2. Set-up and maintain personal workstation and other tools as required.
3. Obtain appropriate training to maintain skill level.
4. Provide on-site (customer and local) support for products as required.
5. Understand all process levels with varying capabilities to produce/lead the byproducts of the processes.
6. Identify and recommend improvements in system development processes.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, 4 to 6 years work experience.
Experience in the following areas:
1. C and C++ programming or equivalent structured language, as required for the specific organization or project
2. Structured software design
3. Real time operating systems
4. Computer system hardware and architecture
5. Communication architecture and protocols (async/sync, LAN/WAN's, etc.)
6. Object oriented design
7. Software system component integration
Knowledge in the following areas:
1. Project scheduling
2. Project management
3. Global teamwork
Strong Mandarin and English communication skills
