Description:
- Responsible for product quality control section(daily inspection on time, 5S activities)
- Responsible for equipment maintenance
- Lead product quality monthly review and continuous improvement
- Cooperate capability study (include control plan, PFMEA,SPC etc)
- Lead process audit and cooperator customer audit, external audit
- Lead inspector performance appraisal and arrange quality awareness and skill training
- Lead customer complaint and return handling
- Lead customer complaint and return performance monthly review and continuous improvement
- Responsible for complaint relevant procedure and inspection documentation originate, maintenance and process optimize
- Responsible for quality database, records , reporting and white board updating
- Assist for new product trail run and records, reporting

Requirements:
- Familiar with electronic testing equipment operation
- Experience with new product trial run process control
- Experience with PCBA process control and familiar with IPC-A-610D standard
- Expert in Process SPC , FMEA control and process capability analysis
- Fluent in English and good for training skill 7.
