目标：
按照检验规范对采购件进行检验，确保不合格品不流入生产阶段；

职位描述：
- 根据图纸和相关技术交付条款，或者是订单描述进行进料检验,并完成相关记录与标识；
- 验收供应商提供的质量文件和各种证明；
- 定期向采购经理汇报公司的进料质量状况；
- 对计量器具进行日常维护和校验

能力要求：
- 大专或者中专毕业，机械或流体力学专业优先；
- 三年以上有关质量检验/控制方面的经验，可以熟练使用各种测量工具, 有管件，焊接机加工及阀门检验经验优先；
- 熟悉机械图纸和相关标准；
- 良好的英语读说能力, 最好能用英文完成检验报告；
- 熟悉OFFICE等办公软件；
- 较强的责任感，良好的沟通与协作能力
- 能够国内出差
Title: COF Incoming parts inspector
Report to: Sourcing Manager
Request: 1

Mission:
Inspect incoming parts according to related procedure to ensure Non-quality parts will not flow into manufacture phase;

Job Description:
¬- Responsible for incoming parts inspection according to drawings and technical specifications, TDC or order description and make identification for parts;
- Inspecting quality documents and different certificates from suppliers;
- Regularly report about incoming quality status and rejecting ratio to sourcing manager;
- To ensure good status of all necessary instruments and tools, calibration will be done if need;

Qualifications:
- College degree above, mechanical and hydrodynamics background
- Minimum 3 years experiences work with quality inspection and quality control, be able to use different kind of measuring tools，pipe &pipe fittings ,weldments, fabrications, vavles inspection experience preferred;
- Good understanding to mechanical engineering drawings and different standards;
- Good ability in reading English, be able to finish inspection report in English is preferred;
- Good computer skills, Microsoft office knowledge is required;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and willing to cooperate;
- Domestic travelling is needed if necessary
