Detailed Description:

Industrialization of power electronic equipment

- support R&D in Europe in the development phase in quality planning, material sourcing in China

- support in PPAP until SOP in Shanghai

- support local engineering

- coordinated ECR after SOP

Requirements:

- Bachelor or master degree in mechanical and electronic engineering, power electronics is preferred

- 5+ years experience in production environment.

- Experience in production engineering or as production engineer

- ESD environment and power electronic

- Handling of PCBs and assembly of power electronic equipment or cabinet assembly

- Fluent communication in English

- Be able to communicate in European headquarter

- Willing to travel for trainings and product transfers to Europe (30% travelling)
