Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责

In site for Pant Equipment Audit and diagnose, data record and report 负责现场设备检查、诊断并进行数据记录与整理成报告.

Provide Diagnose report and solution proposal 提供故障诊断报告、提出解决方案

Discussion, negotiation and get agreement with the customer, provide concerning quotation 与客户沟通并就解决方案达成共识，提供相应的保价

Responsible for the requirement with the product service from client, manage and tracking till the problem solved 负责客户对产品技术服务方面的请求，管理和跟踪直到问题解决

Tracking maintain and deal with the returned product in time, and provide training for the customer 及时跟踪维修和处理客户返修时的产品，并提供客户培训

Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company. 公司委派的其他工作。

职位要求：

- 流体机械专业大专或以上水平；

- 3年以上水泵与搅拌器安装指导、设备调试、实际操作经验；

- 熟悉污水处理工艺、以及泵站的运行

- 良好的沟通能力、业务洽谈能力和经验

- 能独立判断故障和解决问题的能力；

- 能阅读英文操作手册，并能用英文与国外进行邮件沟通；

- 具有团体合作精神；

- 具有诚实、吃苦、勤劳、积极、负责的品质；

- 愿意经常出差；
