Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in electric or electronics related;

- Industry product knowledge of PCBA, inductance, capacity, cable or related;

- Good command of English and Mandarin both verbal and writing;

- Initiative, Mature, Punctual, working under pressure;

- Experience of working to negotiating contracts and agreements would be a plus;

- SAP experience is preferred;

- 5 years work experience or above.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan, to ensure quality, on time delivery, cash flow, and service goals are met;

- Responsible for managing sourcing efforts for launching new products - internally and externally;

- Responsible for planning and management of the Supplier tooling and production capacity;

- Responsible for managing raw material readiness at suppliers for new programs, Quality, Cost and Timing;

- Support effort for developing strategic supply base;

- Supplier management & improvement.
