盛美半导体设备（上海）有限公司成立于2005年5月，是一家注册于中国上海张江高科技园区的、具备世界领先技术的半导体设备制造商，公司在华投资逾三亿。是中国一家专注于集成电路制造产业中电镀铜设备、抛铜设备、单晶圆清洗设备的研发及生产的公司。 公司于2008年承担了国家“十一五重大02专项”的任务，拥有国际专利超过100项。本公司目标是成为全球铜互连制程技术的领导者，为芯片制造厂商提供最先进的设备及工艺。公司正以史无前例的发展速度扩大在上海的研发和人才储备团队。

ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. was established in May 2005 and registered in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. ACM have the world-leading technology of semiconductor equipment manufacture. The company invested more than 300 million and it is one of the R&D companies that focus on the integrated circuit manufacturing, copper plating equipment, polishing equipment and single-wafer cleaning equipment. In 2008 ACM undertook the national "Eleventh Five-Year Major 02 special" tasks. With more than 100 international patents, ACM’s goal is to become the world's leader in copper interconnect process technology for chip manufacturers by provide the most advanced equipment and technology. The company is expanding at an unprecedented pace of our development R&D team at our Shanghai facility.
