Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the system of facility daily inspection and maintenance

制定和落实设施日常巡查和维修制度；

2. Establish and implement facility proactive maintenance plan by monthly, quarterly and yearly

制定和落实设施月度、季度、年度预防性保养计划；

3. Surveill and manage external vendors’s maintenance/work in factory 管理和监督外来供应商工作；

4. Establish and perfect facility documents, specifications. 建立和完善厂务文件、技术档案；

5. Manage energy utilization,set down and carry out energy saving plan 能源管理，制定并落实节能计划；

6. Provide technique support and training to crossing functions 提供技术支持和培训；

7. Make sure all facility works consistent with EHS criterion 各项工作符合EHS规范；

8. Lead and arrange technicians daily tasks 带领并安排维修人员的日常事务。

Requirements:

1. Colleage or above, major in electromechanical area 专科及以上学历，机电类相关专业；

2. Hold HV,LV operation certificate, be good at PLC 具有高、低压操作证，熟悉PLC编程；

3. Above 3 years experience on facility, above 1 years project management experience is better

三年以上厂务工作经验，一年以上工程项目实施管理经验；

4. Know well about electric, aircon, fire protection, air compress etc.

熟悉电气、空调、消防、空压机和装饰等设施；

5. Have EHS knowledges and experiences 具备一定的EHS知识和经验；

6. Be able to manage a small team and good communication skills 具备团队管理能力和协调沟通能力；

7. Strong sense of responsibilities and good initiatives 具有良好的工作责任心和主动性；

8. Be familiar with AutoCAD, word, Excel etc software 能够熟练运用Excel、Word、AutoCAD等计算机软件；

9. Good English skills 具有一定的英文基础。
