类似星探，要有足够的人脉，认识较多的演员，

要有从事此行业经验。性格要开朗，善于与人沟通，

配合公司及经纪人进行人员管理工作的执行与跟进，

有较强的组织协调能力，会察言观色。

任职条件：

五年以上在电视/广告传媒行业的经验，三年以上担任统筹、星探的经验；

良好的语言表达能力，乐于并善于与人沟通，具有团队精神；
工作认真细致，具有极强的主观能动性和自我约束力；

能流畅得用英文及中文交流。
