岗位职责：
Responsibilities：
"1. 依据预先设定好的稿件或者按照导演、制片或客户的要求将原始素材（音乐,脚本等）编辑在一起。
Receive and understand raw material (music,footage,etc) and edit according to scripts or the instructions ofdirectors, producers and clients."
"2. 决定完成整个视频所需要的音效和视频效果以及必要的背景音乐；与其他的特效组（动画，声音等）合作 以达到预期效果。
Determine the specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete films. Cooperate with other effect teams(Animation, Sound, etc.) to reach the desired effects."
"3. 将音乐，对话和其他音响效果合成到影片或视频当中，并用视频编辑技术和设备按照合理顺序剪切原视频与此同时消除视频中的错误。
Edit films and videotapes to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange films into sequences, and to correct errors using editing equipment."
"4.能够充分理解客户的意愿并据此修正工作成果。
Ability to understand client's request for changes andto correct videos accordingly. "
"5.负责自己工作台的清洁和整理。
Responsible for the housekeep of his/her work station."
"6.向后期制作团队的其他成员提供必要的视频编辑技术支持。
Provide necessary editing support to subordinates. "
"7.与后期制片人及其它艺术家密切合作管理所有的后期项目在规定时间内完工。
Work closely with Post Producers and other artists tomanage post production projects deadlines anddelivery."
8.注重团队合作。
Pay attention to team cooperation.
"9.能够通过改进后期制作工作流程来提高项目完成的效率。
Able to improve work flow to increase post production efficiency."

任职条件：
Qualifications:
"专科及以上学历
Diploma degree or higher."
"倾向于有编辑，导演或其他艺术类专业
Prefer Editing, Directing, Art or other related majors"
"在视频剪辑方面有五年以上的工作经验
At least 5 years' experience in Video Editing"
"能流畅得用英文及中文交流
Fluent in both English and Mandarin"
