Responsibilities:

- Take part in APQP activities and lead Process Audit for new project, internally or at supplier, site to support new project flawless launch.

- Responsible for internal process control and Audit, install tool like SPC or others as needed.

- Responsible for daily inspection and Product Audit to continuously improve process and product quality.

- Lead Supplier Audit and follow up improvement plan to make sure suppliers are meeting our quality expectation.

- Lead potential supplier quality Audit to verify if they meet our quality expectation.

- Responsible for incoming inspection and finished goods inspection. Monitor supplier quality performance. Proactively take actions to enhance our quality level.

- Responsible for Quality document control and measurement instrument management.

- Strongly assist to quality assurance systems, including internal audit and ISO 14001 and also related systems in the future.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree majored in engineering in mechanical, chemical or related.

- More than 5 years working experience, at least 3 years experience at equivalent function, tier one experience is needed.

- Rich knowledge of ISO/TS16949 Quality system, be familiar with Q1 and DPA.

- Strong quality problem solving skill with technical background, statistics skill is a must.

- Experience in supplier audit and on-site assessment.

- Good communication ability in both oral and written English.

- High level energy, self-motivation and team work spirit.
