Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai opened on 30 March 2011, is a masterpiece of modern luxury infused with Chinese soul and Feng Shui elements and is the first Jumeirah hotel in Asia Pacific. Job Description:

Conduct sales calls with the intention of driving revenue as per budgets.

根据酒店的预算及利润进行销售拜访。

Create and offer proposals to clients as per rate guidelines and contracts to achieve budgeted market segmentation results.

根据酒店的价格政策制作并发送报价单和合同给客户，以此获得达到预算的目的。

Effectively close a sale or negotiation with a company or an individual using all selling tools and skills available and involve GSO when required in order to do so.

利用所有的销售工具和技能有效地获取公司客户或个人的生意，有必要的话让全球销售办公室一起加入。

Conduct site inspections for clients and business partners with the intention of highlighting the key and unique selling points of the property in order to drive sales.

在带领客户参观酒店时特别强调酒店关键的特色。

Liaise internally with various departments to ensure guests recieve the promised and expected levels of service during thier stay

与所有的其他部门紧密合作来确保客人在住宿期间感受到酒店所承诺的和其所期望得到的服务。


Qualifcation:

?Educated up to graduate level
?An education qualification in Tourism/ Hotel management would be ideal.
?Basic knowledge of revenue management or pricing will also be a distinct advantage, but not necessary.
?Minimum 2-3 years previous selling experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
?Knowledge of Jumeirah would be a distinct advantage
?Excellent verbal and written English language skills
?Solid working knowledge of MS office applications- mostly Word, Excel and Outlook
?Competent in OPERA version 5
