Responsibilities:
Inbound Planning
-In alignment with receiving slot and capacity, plan DC inbound receiving schedule upon bookings from supplier & carriers and considering customs clearance status.
-Secure effective inbound queue management routine.
-Develop and use the inbound prioritization tool to secure highest goods availability at lowest cost.
-Follow up with Customs and Transport team for solution to any operational abnormality.
Outbound Planning
-Create the planning schedule ensuring the agreed lead-time and service level for store delivery and follow up with stores for any delivery discrepancies on daily basis.
-Control and continuously improve the filling rate for outbound deliveries.
-Support and co-ordinate the stock build up for new store opening, or other retail activities and special requests from the stores.
-Follow up with Customs and Transport team for solution to any operational abnormal.
As backup to Mapper or warehouse adm.

COMPETENCE
College degree or above
Good computer skills, including Excel, Access. SQL is a plus.
Good at data analysis, be sensitive in numbers
Good at oral and written English
Excellent communication skill
Experience as planner or in warehouse will be a plus

Working in IKEA Distribution Fengxian on shift.

With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
