职位描述
Responsibilities:
* 50% of time spent on aggressive telephone, email and face to face productivity (20+ touches per day) when actively prospecting
* 50% of time spent working with local sales members to cross sell Europe opportunities in the region, guiding and educating the local sales force on Europe products and services.
* Work in conjunction with our Europe team on matters of pricing, operations and product development related to the Europe trade.
* Prepare accurate and timely updates to our sales management system.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of new customers and measurement of progress
* Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics
* Understand and demonstrate the value of CH Robinson to potential clients
* Assist Key Account Managers to transition the account once it has been successfully closed
* Up to 50% travel time within region or as required
* Measured by both NR and volume contribution**
Qualifications
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin. STRONG communication (Verbal and written) skills in both languages
* 5+ years experience in selling complex solutions with the ability to conduct and lead high level presentations required
* 5+ years in the logistics/freight industry preferred
* Proven record of success in business development within the assigned region and products.
* Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate team members and offer constructive criticism
* Excellent leadership and indirect people management skills
* Proactive, aggressive, well-organized and hard working
* Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
* Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Able to quickly learn new systems and its functionalities and communicate information to clients
