Description:
The regional sales manager is responsible for the enhancement of our sales force in Central China region. Build and maintain global customer relationships. Identifies and grows additional customer business. Negotiate solutions that create value for CHR and the customer.

Responsibilities:
-Develop annual regional sales plan, in conjunction with the branches and Asia Leadership team. Supporting branch growth strategy that aligns with regional sales strategy
-Achieve sales target as required
-Participate in customer meetings to support and guide sales members in driving specific opportunities
-Mentor, guide and train sales team to ensure high level of professionalism and brand representation in marketplace.
-Accountable for maintaining relationships on strategic customers and bringing them to a close.
-Pulls in the right resources to close and execute the sale; interacts with multiple business units, service lines and modes
-Negotiates effectively across CHR branches on behalf of the customer
-Demonstrates experience and uses examples and case studies to show that CHR can meet challenges
-Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code of ethics
-60-70% travel time within region or as required

Qualification & Requirements:
-Fluency in both English and Mandarin required. STRONG communication (Verbal and written) skills in both languages
-2+ years proven experience in sales management role within logistics
-5+ years in the logistics/freight industry preferred
-Goal and revenue driven
-Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Proactive, aggressive, well-organized and hard working
-Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
-Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
