ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? In charge of OS X App Development and Deployment
? Plan, Develop and Test features in Agile Development Cycles
? Co-ordinate and share business logic / UI code when appropriate with other team members
? To track and stay with the most current application development of Lexis Advance from developer SharePoint regularly
? To download and review the latest sandbox to keep pace with the latest New Lexis development structure
? To get knowledge transferred from US team in terms of application architecture, components, coding structure and development process
? Review the functionality requirements and the development tasks that have set out in the project plan. Plan and manage corresponding technical solutions base on business requirement of Asia Lexis Advance
? Performing software development activities includes coding, testing, debugging, infrastructure setup and documentation etc.
? Conduct code review to identify problems periodically as each major feature is added.
? Assist product manager and system architect to develop a thorough knowledge of Asia New Lexis product strategy and goals.
? Open to provide consultancy in developing new operations, features, contents and interface. Able to consider deep level of system integration with existing system and long term strategy maintainability and expandability.
? Contribute to the identification and adoption of new tools and technologies to promote China Online systems, strategies and requirements.
? Technical escalation point of customer issues.

PROFESSIONAL/PERSONAL SKILLS

The successful team member should have the ability to rapidly understand all the technology aspects of our business. The team member should have a strong track record in developing, implementing and supporting technology solutions from defining product requirements to development of code. Project management experience with implementing technology and application development is a pre. The candidate should be ambitious with the ability to rapidly develop into more senior development roles in the company. More specific qualifications are:

BACKGROUND – TECHNICAL SKILLS:
? Has a solid foundation in software development and independent problem solving skills
? Has good communication, presentation and analytical skills and a strong ability to learn
? In-depth knowledge of Objective-C development
? In-depth knowledge of Mac OS X development and deployment
? In-depth knowledge of Cocoa(Application) including UI, Network, Database and XML/JSON
? In-depth knowledge of JS, jQuery, CSS and HTML5
? In-depth knowledge of OOP and OOD
? Be familiar with OS X Human Interface Guidelines
? Preferred with C#, .NET, Mono/XAMARIN, GIT, SQLite experience
? Preferred with Agile Development experience
? Preferred with full-text search experience
? Went through at least 2 full software development lifecycles, dealing with multi-tier and service-orientated software architecture.
? Experience in unit testing
