Responsibilities:

- SAP Process customer orders in a timely and accurate basis
- Check unit prices, credit limit of the income orders with BM and F&A
- Check incoming order against sales history and forecast
- Offer outbound delivery to warehouse
- Coordinate with transportation company for delivery cargo to customer.
- Answer inquires of stock situation from customers and BM team in proper way
- Report to BM managers well in advance those cargoes going to be short
- Allocate short stock to customers in consultation with BM managers.
- Regular dialogue with sales, marketing and BM managers
- Stock reconciliation with warehouse coordinator and MM team
- Verify SO invoices with F&A department;
- Check COA & MSDS for BM and customers
- Deal with customers complain
- Alerts for FC meeting

Qualifications:

- College with Business major or SCM major
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience
- Good command of written and oral English is preferred
- Good computer skills, skill on Access is preferred
- Knowledge for trading business, like L/C, handbook for USD business
- Patient, Responsible, accurate, good cooperation, and good communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure
