Main responsibilities:

1. Perform consulting role to collect customer requirements with sales representatives.

2. Be familiar with all Cisco products: Router &Switch, Security, Voice, Wireless , Data Center.

3. Be familiar with these network systems: Juniper/Huawei/H3C/F5 (LAN/WAN/VoIP).

3. Be able to work independently on diagnosing, on-site support and emergency recovery activities.

4. Perform troubleshooting analysis of network, servers, workstations and associated systems.

5. Installation of customer projects including hardware, systems, and software for IP networks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. Must have CCIE networking certification.

2. At least 3 year experience in the network engineering or telecommunications support environment.

3. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

4. Working experiences in systems such as Windows, Cisco Systems.

5. Good communication skills, can do attitude and customer oriented mind.

6. Good analytical abilities, Like to take challenges and fast learning skill ,logical thinking

7. Fluent English both in read and written.
