The Sourcing & Purchasing department is currently looking for a talented Sourcing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
General
The sourcing Specialist implements sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the assigned portfolio and associated activities. An important aspect of this role is maximizing supplier performance and supporting the company’s business plan for our advanced technological products.

1. Implement plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
2. Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
3. Establish supplier base in conformance with guidance from NPI (New Product Introduction) team.
4. Handle requests for information, quotation, proposals and bidding processes.
5. Evaluate current and potential suppliers in coordination with NPI team.
6. Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, payment term and cost objectives.
7. Execute contract negotiation and development in coordination with NPI team.
8. Drive the parts and process qualification in coordination with NPI team.
9. Work with NPI to guarantee supply for all portfolios.
10. Establish and maintain rapport with all levels of supplier personnel and internal customers.
11. Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies.

Job Requirements
Education and work experience:

- Master’s degree in fields of supply chain, Engineering or manufacturing.
- Three years' experience in a similar position. Previous experience in engineering discipline with concentration on Supplier Quality is highly preferred.
- Experience with engineering drawings & specifications and technical detail oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- if you have work experiance in Injection,plastic and metal area,mold design and manufacturing professional are highly appreciated.

Personal skills:
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in industrial and technical environment dealing with many technology sourcing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
- Flexibility: Many business trip in China are expected.
