设计部经理（英文口语流利）
Manager of design dept.
岗位描述：
JD
1、 根据项目开发的节点计划，制定涉及专业配合的具体时间节点和工作计划；
Make the time node and work plan according to the project time schedule.
2、组织对重大洁净室工程方案及配套方案进行审核评估，组织提出优化对比方案；
Organize the design team to make the project technical plan and to review and evaluate the technical plan, organ to make the optimization plan.
3、审核下级人员的设计及开单工作；
Approval the subordinate’s design and billing work.
4、组织解决施工过程中有关设计专业的技术问题；
Organ to slove the design technical problem during the contruction.
5、组织审核项目有关设计变更；
Organ to approvel the project design change.
6、编制部门设计标准及要求；
Make the design dept. standard and requirement
7、参与洁净室工程相关招投标工作。
Participate cleanroom project tender and bid work if need.
入职要求：
Requirement
1、 暖通、机电专业本科以上学历；
HVAC, Electrical and bachelor degree or above;
2、10年以上暖通机电专业设计经验，其中含2年以上设计院工作经验；
HVAC mechanical and electrical design expertise for more than 10Y which including more than 2 Y design institute working experience.
3、熟练掌握专业技术软件，熟悉国际及各地法规、规范；
Familiar with the related software/internation and local laws/regulation and norms.
4、良好的沟通能力、协调能力，抗压能力。
Good communicate/coordination, work under pressure.

Industries. Such Turn Key system includes the Cleanroom system, HVAC system, Electrical and Control system.

 KCS有主要为洁净室生产的制造工厂。原材料暖通空调系统设备主要购自第三方，所有的产品和安装均已达国际标准。KCS在活跃中国15年以来，享有业界的较高声誉。
KCS has its own manufacturing facility where mainly all components are produced for the cleanrooms. Materials and equipment for HVAC system are mainly bought from 3rd parties. All products and installations are made in accordance with the International quality standards. KCS has built up the High Reputation in the market active now for more than 15 years in China. Total KCS employees are 140p with 14p in Design department
 

KCS设计部门负责基本设计，二次设计和施工图纸的暖通空调，洁净室，电气和控制系统项目的基础工作。公司所有活动都是由设计部牵头。设计部是客户需求和项目执行的纽带。
KCS Design department is responsible for basic designs, detail designs and construction drawings for HVAC, cleanrooms, electrical and control system on a project base. All company activities are initiated by Design dpt. Design dpt acts as the intermediate between client requirements and project execution.
