Main Job Duties:
- Independently arrange and conduct social compliance audit, factory evaluation in factories.
- Identify problems and Corrective Action Plan follow-up by checking improvement proves.
- Audit Reporting (report and CAP)
- Update Auchan’ compliance requirements and communicate to factories.
- Conduct and perform related training to factories to support the suppliers to have their factories in accordance with Auchan standards on Quality and Social.
- Coordination and communication with Social Compliance coordinator;
- Collect and update relative international and national or local laws and regulations to guide and communicate with factories;
- Support commercial and quality team on audit requirements.
- Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by textile operation manager.

REQUESTS
1. College or above
2. More than 3 years related working experience of Social Compliance, experience in garment and shoes industry is preferred; Good experience in Factory/ Social audit on production sites is preferred.
3. Good knowledge in Social International Requirements (ex. SA 8000, ICS, BSCI etc)
4. Good knowledge on Local Chinese Regulations (Labor Law, health and safety working condition regulations)
5. Related experience in security, environment, social Assurance, health and safety is preferred;
6. Be familiar with Trading company business model process
7. Good knowledge with Quality Control Management System requirement (ISO 9000, ISO 9001:2008 etc) is preferred.
8. Good command of both spoken & written English, CET 6 or TEM 8.
9. Be able to travel frequently in China.
