Responsibilities:

? Support our international business development department and China Group partners in particular regarding offer and pitch documents, market research (e.g. regarding clients, industries, internal and external data bases), as well as client relationship management (including research & analysis, client action planning, review management, support of client partners)
? Caring for BD relevant databases and basic materials (track records, CVs, template texts), content of website and Intranet
? Planning and implementation of marketing activities (internal and external), and of events
? Support of marketing department regarding content of materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
? Marketing communication tool implementation (newsletters, e-alerts, etc.)

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree or above in an economic and/or economic law degree from renowned university or similar degree, and
? Highly proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
? Computer skills in all MS Office programs, use of external and internal databases
? Knowledge about key CRM processes and their implementation, experiences in event and campaign management
? Work with precision and focus on the key content
