职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for monthly payroll for all staff in China including back office and store. In order to ensure monthly payroll and benefits timely and accurately.
2.Manage outsourced vendor to handle individual income tax, social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance and other benefits.
3.Responsible for leave management for all staff in China.
4.Responsible for contract administration including but not limited to contract signing, extension, renewal, termination process and follow up.
5.Responsible for personnel information filing and management of all staff.
6.Coordinate the expatriates' work permit, residence permit and visa application with outsourced vendors.
7.Collect the market salary and benefit benchmark and provide relevant analysis.
8.Manage and administer the performance assessment and review process.
9.Support HR Operation Manager to set up and implement HRIS program, HR system(Platinum) and attendance system.
10.Maintain HR system (Platinum) and provide support to staff.
11.Assist HR Manager to update local compensation and benefit policy.
12.Assist HR Operation Manager to handle employee relationship.
13.Labor dispute cases follow up.
14.Provide relevant report in C&B area.
15.Other tasks assigned by Human RecoursesOperation Manager.
Knowledge and Experience:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least three years working experience in C&B field in a sizable company, preferably from Retail
3.Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report
4.Familiar with the payroll operations, including the monthly salary payout, tax reporting, salary data maintenance, etc.
5.Solid working knowledge of remuneration structure and system
6.Solid knowledge in labor law and practices
7.Effective use of MS Word , Excel and Powerpoint
8.Good in both written and oral English
9.Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills
10.Able to work with structure and plans
