REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1、Required Degree: Electrical & Electronics related majors (Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Electronic and Information Engineering / Instrumentation /Mechatronics Engineering /Computer Science)
2、Foreign Languages required: CET-6 , fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
3、GPA Required 3.0 or better
4、Number of years’ experience required: 2 years minimum.
5、Preferred experience: Manufacturing Quality Engineer / Design Quality / Manufacturing Engineer / Product Engineer / Process Engineer
6、Specialized skill(s) preferred: Statistical analysis understanding, Electronic manufacture working including SMT experience, and MS Office.
7、Experience in electronics assembly industry is preferred.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任
1、Implement and monitor the corporate quality requirements in the shop floor. Lead product and process issue resolution and manage process improvement projects.
2、Report to Lutron corporate quality team on plant quality performance.
3、Review and analyze the production data to find the areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
4、Facilitate the development of continuous improvement activities for product quality and process cost.
5、Take charge or assist production team to resolve the product and process quality issue. Lead the problem solving activities to drive permananent corrective actions.
6、Develop and support the In-process audit plan and monitoring/analysis audit performance. Improve the In-process audit effectiveness.
7、Manage resolution activities for major nonconforming or suspected nonconforming products.
8、Reporting the product hold process. Drive communication of status and the intermittent/long term resolution actions.
9、Work with the product engineering and production team to evaluate the process change risks and the necessary verification tasks.
10、Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
