Key Responsibilities:
Advertising promotion
·Advertising planning & implementation for MF trade fairs in China, both print and online;
·Translation advertisement into Chinese, work with design houses for production of advertising materials, make sure corporate image is correctly presented.

Media Relations
·Research and update media contacts;
·Keep media updated with developments about the company and its events;
·Organize press conferences / meetings;
·Arrange media interviews with senior Messe Frankfurt executives;
·Prepare print-ready articles for newspapers and magazines;
·Monitor media for stories relevant to industry and about MF fairs.

Printed materials
·Prepare Chinese sales brochures for shows;
·Monitor design, printing schedule and quality.

Others
·Arrange and organize special events, e.g. sponsorship programmes or presentations;
·Corporate communications activities, e.g. corporate advertising;
·Supervise PR routine jobs.

Experience & Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Public Relation or Media;
2.At least 5 years in PR or Marketing Communications in MNC companies;
3.Familiar with mass media and TV media;
4.Excellent spoken and written English as well as Chinese;
5.A very keen eye for detail;
6.High standard translation skills English to Chinese and vice versa;
7.Knowledge and experience of the design, production and printing process;
8.Good interpersonal skills, detailed minded, well organised, multi-tasking;
9.Can work immediately.
