Title: Piano Technician
Report to: Manager of Technical and Customer Service
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
- Regular piano tuning, regulation, voicing, finishing handling, etc. in the company;
- Provide internal and external technical support according to company requirements such as selections, fairs, concerts, promotion activities, etc;
- Support the team in resolution of customer services, complaints;
- Customer visits and dealer visits as required.
Requirements:
- Age between 25 to 35;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as piano technician in piano industry;
- Experienced in piano tuning;
- Experienced in piano regulation and workable knowledge of voicing;
- Previous concert servicing experience is preferred;
- Basic understanding of both written and oral English;
- Hardworking and willing to learn.

The company will provide English training and technical training in Shanghai by Steinway Concert Technicians, and technical training in Hamburg after reaching certain technical level.

- 根据公司要求，提供内部及外部技术支持，例如：选琴、乐器展、音乐会、市场活动等；
- 为团队提供客户服务、投诉处理支持；
- 根据要求进行必要的客户或代理商拜访。

要求：
- 年龄在25至35岁；
- 5年以上钢琴行业相关技师经验；
- 有丰富的调音经验；
- 有钢琴整调经验，了解整音；
- 有音乐会服务经验者优先考虑；
- 基本的英文书写及口头交流能力；
- 勤奋努力并愿意学习。

公司提供英文培训和由施坦威音乐会技师在上海公司提供的技术培训。技术水平达到一定水平后，有安排去德国进行技术培训的安排。
