In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of 客户质量主管. The position will be located in Shanghai and report to Central Quality Manager.



Job Summary

Provides customer satisfaction through quality related involvement, include fully understanding customer expectations to PEER quality, coordinate PEER internal quality activities to realize customer’s requirements on PEER quality to deliver customer satisfaction.

支持提升和保持客户满意度的工作, 包括对外同客户质量部门的沟通,对内同生产及销售同事的协作, 支持中国和欧洲市场客户。

Key Responsibilities

? Participate in customer quality requirement and agreement review to make sure all agreed customer requirements can be fully fulfilled, all internal quality procedures and definitions applied to particular customer are aligned to the quality requirements or agreements agreed between the customer and PEER.

? As PEER interface to customer quality team, to receive all customer requests to PEER quality (or assist to sales and AE on receiving and understanding customer request to PEER quality) and coordinate internal quality activities to provided required deliverables to customer in a timely and professional manner, usually including customer quality audit, PPAP submission, quality complaint handling, external quality cost claim, etc.

? Manage customer perception to PEER quality performance, include measuring PEER quality performance customer perceived (such as customer quality KPI result PEER recorded, customer quality score on PEER quality, etc.), eliminating the gap between PEER quality performance customer perceived and one PEER understood, identifying improvement opportunities to PEER quality accordingly, coordinating internal quality activities to realize quality improvement to continuously increase customer satisfaction.

? Initiate quality improvement activities within organization to maintain and increase PEER quality competition advantage in responsible customer group.

? Submit and present Central Quality Monthly Meeting Report (CQMMR).

? Provide backup and support to other units on quality functions when required.



Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

? Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in quality management, IE, engineering, statistics, or related majors.

? Minimum 5 years experience in quality management role while bearing manufacturing or bearing application engineering will be advantageous.

? 至少5年以上工作经验,有大型外资企业工作经验

? Experienced in quality management system establishment, implement, maintenance and improvement, familiar with standard ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949.

? 对TS 16949非常熟悉

? Familiar with FEMA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, MSA, SPC while six sigma methodology and knowledge will be advantageous.

? Experienced in customer quality complaint handling, including 8D methodology.

? Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to present quality management activities including planning, control, assurance and improvement activities to customer in clear and professional manner.

? Ability to write, read and speak in English.

? Good work ethic and self motivation.

? Ability to work in a team.
