- 5 years working experience in similar position
- Diploma in university is preferred, and majored in business, administration, etc.
- Use related software skilfully
- Working independent
- Good English (verbal and written)
- SAP experiences is prefer


Tasks and responsibilities:
General:
- Supervise the Customer Service
- Assistant of Sales Director for paper work
- Communicate with HQ to solve the price, delivery etc problems
- Responsible for Key Account (Maintain, Prices, Delivery etc.)
- Supply the Management current sales figures
- Supply accurate information to customer, sales engineer, distributor and gain feedback from them
- Fulfill payment procedures, complete sales contracts and account receivable
- Complete sales notes to warehouse keeper and finish internal statistics
- File sales document and other daily jobs
