We are currently looking for a driven young professional to support the Managing Partner in Asia-Pacific in the execution, and management of our global projects to generate business revenue and build company identity.

The Opportunity The Job Holder is
- To run and manage a team of up to 10 people
- To ensure smooth and efficient project work operation and execution to the highest quality standards
- To serve as a support structure for project teams To ensure the processes and procedures are aligned with the international company standards.
Profiles We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
- 25-30 years in age
- 2-5 years professional experience in an international consulting/ audit/ banking firm
- Master or equivalent academic background
- Exposure to "Western" professional/ academic standards, i.e. the candidate should have studied, worked or lived in either Europe, the US or Australia for a certain amount of time in his life
- Willingness to take over operational
responsibilities as well as project work
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing
staff groups and major projects or initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative
management style
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional
ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community
environment
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and
Collaborative work style and commitment to get
the job done
- Ability to look at situations from several points of
view
- High comfort level working in a diverse
environment

- Very good knowledge of expert networks is plus
- Experience in executive search is a plus
Language skills
- English is the operating language
- Full / close to native English proficiency level is a must
- Chinese on proficiency level is a must
- Another Asian or Western language is a definite plus (Japanese, Korean, German, French and Spanish)
IT skills
- Excellent internet affinity
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office programs
- Very good knowledge in internet research including databases is a plus

- Hard and dedicated worker
- Ability to think fast and multitask
- Positive and energetic attitude
- High stress resistance as work is in a very dynamic environment Tasks
- Help with allocation of projects to teams
- Ongoing management and review of project portfolio, e.g. updates on status, prioritization, etc.
- Quality review for project delivery, countermeasures in case of quality issues
- Collaboration with ops managers in other offices, identification of issues, etc.
- Involvement into project work where reasonable or requested, e.g. attendance of client scoping calls
- Go-to-person for questions of PMs
- Go-to-person for teams for recruiting aspects
