Responsibility:
1 - Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering
2 - Minimum 5 years working experience on Automotive industry, QC experience is preferred
3 - Well understanding about TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.1, knowledge on APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC is preferred
4 - Good command of English in both spoken and written
5 - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
6 - Ability to work independently and under pressure.
7 - Pass internal color test and vision test.
Requirement:
1. Customer on-site issue handling
2. Proper leather training to customer
3. Periodly visit customer and build customer relationship
4. Defect parts confirmation and replacement providing action
5. Feedback internal team any customer concern, action organization and follow-up
6. Look for any improvement opportunity, especially for yield
7. On-site FQT management, data collection, analysis and feedback
8. Assist any job between other department and customer
