- Master/BS in Thermal Engineering/Electrical Engineer;
- Above 3 to 5 years experience in thermal/mechanical test or Lab management.
- Thermal background;
- A solid knowledge of thermal / mechanical design and manufacturing operations will be priority;
- Familiar with ISO9001-14000 or TS 16949 system;
- English read & write (Good English oral will be priority);
Soft Skills
- Good Team player, good Manipulative ability and theoretical analysis ability;
- Keep well organized skill;
- Excellent communicator;
- Good analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- Results oriented and self driven
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ready for short term travel
