In order for us to deliver on our aggressive growth targets, we are looking to recruit a Sales Associate to join our growing team in Shanghai who will:
? Understand the stories and content of our Spotlight Discussions
? Engage with prospects by giving them initial free access to Spotlight Discussions
? Help refine and develop Spotlight Discussions ideas via client input
? Identify prospect team structure and coverage (sector, geography, investment style)
? Understand our value proposition and how it appeals to different client types and different client strategies within the same client type
? Follow-up with prospects to understand their broader research needs and explore a fit with Cognolink or Third Bridge (Cognolink’s equity reports division)
? Introduce warm prospects to the Cognolink or Third Bridge sales team
A successful candidate will have/be:
? Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone
? Good understanding of financial markets, alternative investments and the public equity investment process
? Demonstrable ability to generate and follow up on leads effectively with excellent networking skills and experience of negotiating commercial terms
? Highly organised, self-motivated with strong attention to detail and able to manage a pipeline of accounts
? A results driven team player who is able to effectively manage time whilst keeping a positive and “can-do” attitude

Qualifications:

? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Bachelor degree or above
? Strong communication skill
