Area of Responsibilities:
1. Foreign Supplier management: Maintain a whole systems to measure foreign suppliers’ performace in quality, delivery and cost; Join with GSM team to audit vendors; Drive improvement activities in vendor side; Join with GSM to do cost down activities
2. Daily orders management: Relaese orders daily according to PR of planner: Track open orders to ensure close on time; Quickly support to production line; Make sure no missing parts to customer orders
3. Eyepiece assembly line planning: Responsible for eyepiece production line schedule, material procurement, inventory management to ensure good OTD preformance
4. DBS Kaizen involvement: Using KB systems; Drive suppliers Kaizen by DBS tools

Person Specification:
1. Bachelor degree holder and majoring in management or technology
2. At least 2 years working experience as planning and buying
3. Familiar with the general operation of manufacturing plant
4. Familiar with instrument final assembly process
5. General quality analysis tools such as SDC, 8D report, ect.
6. Good communication skill with operator level and dept head
7. Good team player
8. Capable speaking and writing in English
9. Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
