Duties & Responsibilities
1. Via personal sales visits, understand the business status of merchants and the actual demand and connecting with the consumer trends, make personalized marketing plan, negotiate with merchants and reach cooperation.
2. Implement company's sales strategy and policy and achieve performance targets.
3. Communicate and coordinate with all departments timely, handling user feedback, complaints and Suggestions, improve customer satisfaction.
4. Archive and update all merchants call objectives, agreement, the terms of service and other related documents and data, ensure the information in the database to get the correct maintenance.
岗位职责
1. 通过销售拜访，了解商户的业务现状与实际需求并结合消费者的消费动向，制定个性化营销方案，与商户谈判并达成合作；
2. 执行公司的销售策略及政策，达成业绩目标；
3. 与公司各部门配合，及时处理用户的反馈、投诉和建议，提高用户满意度；
4. 归档和更新所有目标商户拜访、协议、服务条款等有关的文件和数据，确保信息在数据库中得到正确的维护。

Candidate Specification
1. College degree or above, one to three years and above sales experience, and has a good sales performance, the Internet, e-commerce and advertising sales experience is preferred;
2.Cheerful personality, strong learning ability and adaptability, adapt to the rapid development of Internet industry, energetic, have the ability to complete the task well under high pressure;
3.Strong interpersonal communication ability and logical thinking ability, the thought is agile, can accurately grasp the product advantage and customer psychology, effective integration of internal and external resources to sales performance;
4. Having passion and innovation concept, pursue personal career development and the interests of the company a win-win situation, pay attention to professional sublimation opportunities and high quality working atmosphere;

任职要求
1. 大专以上学历，一至三年及以上的销售经验，并有良好销售业绩，有互联网、电子商务及广告销售经验者优先；
