Job Responsibility:
1、Assisting President to deal with daily work operations, and well coordinating the affairs of all functional departments.
2、Executing all administrative work assigned by President, including presentations, analysis reports and documents managements.
3、Be responsible for reception affairs of VIP from head office in U.S. and other external key clients.
4、Setting up meetings, conferences calls and arrange business travel for President, including ticket & hotel booking.
5、Completion of other tasks assigned by President.


Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English (both oral and written).
2、At least 3 years related working experience, CFO assistant experience is preferred.
3、Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4、Strong sense of confidential, responsibility and quick-minded.
5、Excellent command of Microsoft Office operation.
