Position Overview:
The Project Manager provides overall leadership and management of one or moreprojects from bid preparation through final completion of construction.
Position Responsibilities:
Specific duties of this position include assisting in the development of initial sales, client proposals and early project development stage support.Additionally, the role is responsible for contract administration, design management, scheduling and supervision of projects, staff oversight and mentoring, risk management, project safety and quality control.
This position focuses on providing front end support for projects on interior design, material selection/approval, design schedule management, constructability review, contractor selection/procurement, construction schedule management, construction quality management, punch list management and attic stock turn over.Must be familiar with interior design/construction, material and construction methodscommonly used in local market.
Qualifications:
The position requires a four-year Architectural degree plus a minimum of 10+ years experience oncommercialfacility interior design, development and management or equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have proven track record on the safe, timely completion of previous projects in the commercial interior construction industry. Strong leadership, mentoring skills, time management and client relationships needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must for this position.
Project Locations:
Our Project Managersare based off the Shanghai office and may travel to project sites if located outside of Shanghai.
