任职条件：

1、美术、平面、广告等相关行业工作经历2年以上；2年以上专业广告公司从业经历

2、熟练掌握Photoshop、Illustrator等图形设计软件，了解印刷及后期工艺知识;

3、良好的视觉表现力，优越的审美观和新锐的概念制造能力；

4、有品牌视觉形象开发及规划的经验，拥有成熟的商业作品；

5、有个性要开朗还要善于沟通，能快速、全面、准确地领悟产品 ( 或客户 ) 信息；

6、具有良好的沟通能力，理解力强，有团队合作意识，具有敬业负责的精神。

岗位职责：

1、有VI LOGO 设计经验，对包装结构、材料、工艺有一定了解；

2、热爱设计并享受设计的乐趣，有责任心，能换位思；

3、拥有出色的理解及领悟力，准确地把握项目要求，对设计具有高度审美与判断能力，并提供建设性意见；

4、思维活跃，审美独特，具有深厚的美术设计功底和视觉表现能力，有优秀作品或成功案例者优先；

5、具有专业的执行能力，能够独特完成设计项目；

6、有较好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的团队合作精神。
