职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责整理客户资料，处理公司文档；
2、接受客户订单，联络沟通客户，根据其要求制定服务方案；
3、为境内的外商投资企业、代表机构提供设立和变更的咨询服务；
4、经常性的提交各种文件，协助部门经理商务洽谈及回复邮件；
5、完成上级领导交代的其他业务
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历， 商务英语专业优先考虑；
2、1年以上工作经验；
3、英语读写良好， 口语流利， 办公软件熟练运用；
4、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
