职位描述
Position Responsibilities:
Be responsible to achieve the defined project goal which is very high level requirement including: Schedule/safety/Quality/Cost/LEED Gold/BIM.
Create detail work plan to manage the owner’s project engineers /Jianli/GC/Venders in order to achieve the project target, such as organize all kinds of meeting(design clarification meeting, pre-install meeting, BIM coordination meeting, LEED site meeting), manage submittals & RFI, develop project delivery process & procedure , prepare weekly & Monthly report, review the performance of Jianli and GC regularly, etc.
With a comprehensive process or procedure, control the project quality/schedule/cost/document/safety/emergency incident.
Qualifications:
Civil engineering or other related background, bachelor or master degree.
Work as project management consultant or owner’s rep. preferred.
With 6-10 years project experience, deep pit / steel structure/curtain wall / hospital / above 1 Billion investment / project background preferred.
At least manage one large scale project as construction manager covering project life cycle with proved good achievement; or work as project manager to manage middle size project experience.
Solid technical capability of Civil, structure, steel structure, interior construction
With good potential/ self-improvement/ take challenge/team player/good communication skill.
English writing and reading: Normal. (Fluently will be preferred)
Verbal English: Normal. (Fluently will be preferred)
