主要职责：

1. 完成新能源项目平台纯电动和混合动力各关键项目，并满足各项目工程强制项（包括项目设计质量目标、性能目标、成本目标等）；

2. 作为PET成员，负责新能源项目重大技术问题决策，以及新项目的技术路线研究

3. 重点加强平台内各项目的执行（包括进度、质量、成本等目标）

4. 对平台的整车和工艺集成审查会议(VAPIR)、VPIT、VCIT、Pops等会议的重大技术问题决策

5. 重点提升新能源工程开发的执行力- 从技术深度/卓越设计方面上提升工程开发能力

任职资格：

1. 机械工程类或汽车工程相关专业本科或以上学历；

2. 8年以上汽车行业工作经验，5年以上新能源项目开发工作经验，要求带领过开发团队、具备新能源项目的全过程项目经验；

3. 熟悉新能源汽车的相关技术和发展趋势，清晰了解国家新能源政策和运作模式

4. 具备很强的组织协调和沟通能力、良好的人际关系处理能力和团队合作精神；
