Brief Job Description
* Be responsible for critical path management to achieve on-time delivery.
* Work closely with Quality control team and factory auditing team to support quality control and ethical trading practice.
* Assist Senior Merchandiser to source supplier and product to get better margin, improve quality, improve the product offer and to shorten lead times
* Keep a strong link between UK headquarter and Chinese vendor/market
Candidate Requirement
* Fluent oral English & good written English is a must.
* At least 5 years of merchandising experience in international business.
* Good garment and accessory product /material knowledge including costing, market trends, quality, safety, import/export requirement, etc.
* Customer oriented. Experience in working directly with European customers is preferable.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, positive and a team player. Can work under pressure.
* College/University graduate (pref. textile, merchandising or supply chain management) with computer skill.
