岗位描述：
我们正在招募一名杰出的网页开发工程师，充满工作热情的程序员。具备对互动广告的正确理解。此职位需和项目经理、互动制作人、创意以及设计团队紧密合作。工作职责包括负责开发网页和广告活动网页或开发互动广告活动相关的社交平台（例如微博和微信）。成功的候选人具备持续思考的能力，并具备推荐新兴技术的能力。
We are searching for one outstanding web developer who is a passionate programmer and has a very good understanding of interactive digital advertising. This role will work closely with project managers, digital producers, creative and design team, and will be responsible for developing website, campaign website and/or developing digital campaign work against social platforms (i.e. weibo, wechat) for digital campaigns. The successful candidate should also be a forward thinker, and have the ability to make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies.

? 需求分析、设计、开发、验证和网页应用测试
? 优化和整合
? 维护开发的代码和文档（例如技术规范）
? Web development, programming and prototyping
? Social media platform campaign web development (I.e. Weibo tab, wechat interface development)
? Data analytics + performance tracking (I.e. Setup tracking code)
? Campaign server configuration and settings
? Requirement analysis, design, develop, validate and testing of web application.
? Optimization and integration
? Maintain developed code and documentation (I.e. Tech spec )

资历，特长和特殊要求Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements
? 大学本科以上学历，计算机科学专业或相关专业者优先考虑
? 3年以上互动广告公司相关经验者优先考虑，需具备媒体活动性能追踪和数据分析工作经验
? 掌握网页技术（HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, MySQL, PHP, SEO）相关工作知识和经验
? 理解服务器配置和管理的优先考虑
? 良好的沟通能力和专注细节的精神
? 能适应多文化的工作环境
? 团队合作能力，具备自我激励和约束能力，善于解决问题和分享经验
? 懂得微博和微信的设置以及开发经验者优先考虑
? 具备移动WAP和负责网页开发部署经验者优先考虑
? University graduate or above, major in computer science or related discipline.
? Above 3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising operations, especially media campaign performance tracking and experience conducting data analysis require
? Good knowledge and experience in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, MySQL, PHP, SEO)
? Good understanding of Server configuration and management will be a plus
? Strong communication skills and attention to details.
? Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment.
? Work effectively as part of a team, possess the self-motivation and discipline, solve problems and share experiences.
? Weibo and Wechat setup and development experience a plus
? Experience in mobile WAP and responsive site development and deployment a plus
