Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in legal due diligence and M&A related work;
2. Being responsible for legal documents drafting, reviewing and translation work;
3. Provide FDI related legal advisory services with minimum supervision and handle the incorporation procedure for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV with minimum supervision;
4. Provide other legal advice for clients on commercial, corporate and labor law related matters etc.;
5. Other work as assigned.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience in Foreign Direct Investment, preferably working experience in international law firm or multi-national company;
2. Good knowledge of and experience on set-up procedures for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV;
3. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents;
4. Good team worker;
5. LLB or LLM;
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
7. Bar qualification.
