职位描述
Sales Manager/Engineer – Food & Beverage
Our client is a leading European Food & Beverage manufacturer, with both own brands and private label (OEM) businesses. They are making a China entry and launching their products in hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores, as well as through nationwide distributors and importers.
The brand represents strong family values, being “fun, clever, caring & humorous”.
Tasks
The task of the Sales Manager is to create sales channels in China, sell the F&B products through distributors and importers, nationwide, accumulating relevant sales statistics.
Also, your task is to promote the brand, increase brand recognition and market the products through in-store promotion campaigns. Your first project is to organize the launch of the brand at SIAL 2015.
You report to foreign Project Manager (Office: close to Xintiandi, South Huangpi Lu)
Responsibilities
- Promote the brand identity and increase competitive positioning of this brand,
- Sell and promote the products to hypermarkets, distributors and importers,
- Launch in-store promotion campaigns, nationwide,
- Find both hypermarket clients and OEM private label clients,
- Produce sales statistics reports, client proposals and business plans,
- Support new product launch processes, when necessary,
- Take part in regulatory processes, when necessary,
- Be an enthusiastic brand supporter and promoter.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Food & Beverage retail experience in China required
- Bachelor degree (or above) preferred,
- Management position in F&B business for at least 2-3 years,
- Experience with hypermarkets, distributors and/or importers required,
- Self-starter attitude, capability and energy required,
- Experience with F&B brands (sales & marketing) preferred,
- Good Chinese & English language skills required, both written and spoken.

任职条件:
1、 大专以上学历,3年以上快消品经验
2、 有进口食品方面销售经验者优先
3、 良好的表达能力,沟通技巧和谈判技巧
4、 良好的执行能力和团队合作能力
5、 有一定的渠道(经销商)管理
6、 英语书面英语及口语流利,能像国外出口部经理直接汇报。
